How do private schools actually shortlist teachers? What do they check first?
I have a B.Ed and three years of experience in a small school. My applications rarely get replies. I want to know what happens on the school side — what gets an application read, and what gets it ignored.

Schools filter in a fixed order: qualifications first, then experience they can verify, then subject clarity. Most applications are lost at step two — experience that nobody can confirm reads the same as no experience at all. Being specific about subject and class range ("Mathematics, Classes 6–10, CBSE") beats a broad claim of teaching everything.
